I MATTER
Photo London 2023

As visitors arrived at Photo London 2023, they were greeted by images of children displayed all around the sides of the main pavilion in the courtyard of Somerset House. These are the faces of I MATTER, an ongoing exhibition that raises awareness about children’s human rights. Each child holds a sign that says ‘I MATTER’ in their own language. As more and more children lose the basic right to safety, education, and nourishment, I MATTER reminds us that all children matter, regardless of race, class, religion, or nationality.

CASE worked with Harris Academy St John’s Wood, a school in London, to add 64 local children to the London exhibition. A special thank you to Sharon Worthington for coordinating this effort.
