Is there a limit to how many seconds of copyrighted footage I may use?

    in HOW DOES CASE WORK

When you wish to use copyrighted content, it doesn't matter if it's one second, ten seconds, thirty seconds - or anything - lengthy. It's the worth of acknowledgment that matters. Is it possible that YouTube's high-quality video material is saved in the Content ID-System with reference files and hash values?
