Vidalista tablets is an erectile dysfunction (ED) medication that works by increasing blood flow to the penis. It belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitors. Take this medicine on an empty stomach 30 minutes to an hour before sexual intercourse. It may also be taken with food if your doctor prescribes it. Store this medicine at room temperature between 68degF and 77degF (20degC and 25degC). Avoid storing it in areas with high humidity, such as bathrooms and kitchens, or in areas that are exposed to direct sunlight or heat sources.
